Lace is not included, this pricing is only for the service. f you need us to provide you with a new closure/frontal, please add one to your cart + select “Lace Replacement” then purchase everything together at checkout. Please note the creation time begins AFTER we receive all required pieces for your order.
Estimated completion time varies on volume but should be completed 7-9 business days from the time the unit enters into our possession.
Please ensure all hair packages are fully concealed and closed off. It is required that your name is on the package as well as the order number.

- Please wait at least 14-17 work days for your order to be fulfilled for custom units. and 7-10 days for premade units, bundles, and lace individual items.
- Shipping numbers will be emailed once fulfilled.
- No returns or exhanges, sales are final
- if there are any sizing or errors upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to reconcile.
