Collection: From Scratch

This collection will yield to the queue of our Tempire Custom Units! So please be mindful of timing before you place your order especially during peak seasons.

We will now accept orders in 2 week intervals to be sure to stay on top of our production times.

Every month on the 10th and the 24th there will be an allocated amount of orders to be collected. We will take them until they sell out for that cycle! But don't worry, they will be restocked in 2 weeks from now.  

Please know that these times are based on volume. Please plan to receive your unit within 2 weeks. The sooner you are able to drop off all items of your order, the sooner we are able to get it back to you! 

As soon as your order is ready we will send it to you or notify you for pickup, or ship it at that same day. 

Tempire Studios Pick-up/ Drop-off times are Tuesday- Saturday 10 AM-3 PM.

If you are unable to make these drop-off hours or are deciding to mail in your hair, please drop or ship your hair to our UPS Mailbox (5 minutes away from our studio)

If purchasing an item (bundle/lace) from us (that is not already located in our stock from the HAIR ON HAND Collection) to add to your order please note it takes us approximately 1 week to receive it, and will start on your order as soon as we get it! Estimate about 14 days. 

If needing a wig consultation or expecting one of our staff to be able to complete your measurements please make an appointment so we can best prepare for your arrival and needs.
