- Wigs 12-14 use 2 full bundles
- Wigs 16-18 use 3 bundles
- Wigs 20-26 use 4 bundles
- Wigs 28-30+ use 4.5 bundles
If booking for hair included services - please select "hold for future appointment" to receive the shipping credit off of your service balance.
Please note that all sales are final. If any adjustments need to be made, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery for us to make the adjustment for you at no additional cost.

- Please wait at least 14-17 work days for your order to be fulfilled for custom units. and 7-10 days for premade units, bundles, and lace individual items.
- Shipping numbers will be emailed once fulfilled.
- Pickup is not available for any purchases. Bundles and lace will ship to you directly from our vendor as hair is not held on site. And custom units will ship to you unless being held for an install service.
- No returns or exhanges, these are custom glueless units, please measure carefully before placing an order.
- if there are any sizing or errors upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to reconcile.
