Shipping & Returns

  • Please wait at least 14-17 work days for your order to be fulfilled for custom units. and 7-10 days for premade units, bundles, and lace individual items.
  • Shipping numbers will be emailed once fulfilled.
  • Pickup is not available for any purchases. Bundles and lace will ship to you directly from our vendor as hair is not held on site. And custom units will ship to you unless being held for an install service.
  • No returns or exhanges, these are custom glueless units, please measure carefully before placing an order.
