We will now accept orders in 2 week intervals to be sure to stay on top of our production times.

Every month on the 10th and the 24th there will be an allocated amount of orders to be collected. We will take them until they sell out for that cycle! But don't worry, they will be restocked in 2 weeks from now.  

Estimated completion time: We plan to complete all orders within 2 week intervals. The sooner you are able to get it to us, the sooner we are able to return the completed product.

Be sure to update your information by sending a text or an email so that we can begin to process your order. 

Please ensure all hair packages are fully concealed and closed off. It is required that your name is on the package as well as the order number.

Also please review our return policy. As all unit creations/services are final sale but if there are any adjustments that need to be made please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for it to be adjusted at no additional cost. 

Tempire Studios Pick-up/ Drop-off times are Tuesday- Saturday 10 AM-3 PM.
