Completion time is subject to volume. Please give at least 14-17 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Orders involving color please plan for closer to 17 workdays.

Please note the tagged prices are the base price using RAW HAIR, if you would like your unit with virgin hair, please use the description details to " Create your own virgin unit"

All the add ons have been listed in the description for the unit pictured including color, styling, and any other special requests. Please select the color and preferences desired for the final price on the checkout page. 

If you would like any other adjustments like length or texture, please use the desired details in the description to "Create Your Own Unit" for either the virgin or the raw options. 

All of our custom units follow this density chart to accomplish the fullest and thickest quality. 

• Wigs 12-14 use 2 full bundles 
• Wigs 16-18 use 3 bundles 
• Wigs 20-26 use 4 bundles
• Wigs 28-30+ use 4.5 bundles 

If booking for hair included services - please select "hold for future appointment" 

Orders can also be held for pickup. 

Projected timeline for custom orders: 

• Days 1-3: processing time/order verification
• Days 4-7 Order and receive the hair 
• Days 7-10 Create and customize the unit 
• Days 10-14 Styling and packaging for regular orders
• Day 14-17 Coloring, styling, and packaging for all colored orders
